Wondering what it's like to take on the fashion business? Well, you just lucked up! Teen Vogue is hosting their "Teen Vogue Fashion University" featuring some of the best in the business including fashion designer Phillip Lim, Maybelline New York makeup artist Chuck Hezekiah, and so much more. Over this weekend long fashion spectacular, you will be able to choose the classes you want, meet fashion "who's who" and learn what it takes to succeed in the growing fashion business.
October 24th - 26th in NYC
Weekend Lineup:
Friday - enjoy a front row seat at a must-see fashion show extravaganza accompanied by a performance by The Whigs
Saturday - have a pen and paper handy for a seminar led by designers and stylists
Sunday - seminar held by a target designer and a graduation event
Tickets are $150 and all proceeds will go to the CFDA/ Teen Vogue Scholarship Fund.
*To apply you must be between the ages of 16 and 22 by October 1, 2008. A state i.d will be required at event check in. Ticket price is subject to NYC sales tax and a processing fee, and does not include airfare, hotel accommodations or meals. Application must be received by August 31, 2008. Applicants will be notified by September 15, 2008. No high school or college credit earned. All appearances subject to change.
